"They used to be better. Cracker Barrel now days, as a restaurant, has gone downhill. Service is the only reason it got up to 3 stars. The quality and selection of food has gone way down. What they are is a Country themed gift shop, of mostly useless items, and a mediocre restaurant. For a good breakfast or lunch, go to a local diner instead. I went at lunch time for their roast beef, mashed potatoes and okra. It's not on the menu anymore. Ended up ordering breakfast instead, at noon, because I didn't want chicken or hamburger. 1 good point, they still have rocking chairs out front."
