"So today is Dec. 21st, and probably one of the busiest restaurant weekends of the year. I called Thai Nine around 10:45 a.m. to confirm our 5:30 p.m. reservation for our office Christmas party (a reservation that I made on October 31st. The young lady who answered couldn 't find the reservation and told me that she would have the mgr. call me when she got it (which would be ' ANY MINUTE. ' So of course, I anxiously await the call because, as I said before, today is going to be one of the busiest restaurant weekends for the year I 'm sure our office isn 't the only one wanting to take the employees out for dinner/party just before the holiday. About 45 minutes later, still no call, so I call back and ask for the mgr. I 'm told she 's in, but she 's too busy to speak with me. They were just opening up and had to prepare for lunch. Seriously... are you kidding me? I 'm told that I can leave my name and number, and she 'll call me back, to which I replied, I already did that. So in a panic, I get off the phone and start searching for an alternate place for us to enjoy a meal. I call the Melting Pot (great food there, BTW, explain my dilemma, and I 'm told that they could get our group of 22 in one of their party rooms if we can get there by 5pm. I tell them book us, and asked for an email confirmation which I was happily provided. Ok so maybe I should have called before the DAY OF our party to confirm, but I guess I expected more from a restaurant such as Thai Nine than the jilt I got. Might I add, I rec 'd a phone message from the mgr. while I was on the phone with the Melting Pot she couldn 't find our reservation, and there was no way they could accommodate us. No apology, no 'maybe we could seat you separately, ' or 'maybe if you came in earlier or later, ' nothing. Wow customer service was definitely lacking. My husband and I have been to Thai Nine on a handful of occasions, and always enjoyed the food, but I can promise, they will NEVER see our faces in that restaurant again. Complete FAIL on their part."

"My husband and I decided to celebrate a work promotion with a night out. We had a list of places that we wanted to go to but decided to stay in the area and had never visited this restaurant. When we got there we were quickly seated, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We were able to order drinks and appetizers. After the appetizers came out no one visited our table again to take our dinner order minutes passed and my husband had to get up and go to the waitress to get her and ask for the check at this point we were just ready to leave and not even have dinner here. My husband told the waitress he was disappointed and she was apologetic. We did understand that there may have been an issues she could’ve been dealing with, but I feel like the waitress should’ve asked someone else to check on us. I don’t believe we’d go back to this restaurant"

"I have ordered the delivery, also din-in and execution. the sushi is always fresh and eating is the best to Chinese and thai in this opposite and environment. the server are lovely and appeasing. the orderings are made with accuracy and eating is made with care. the restaurant itself is always clean and tidy including the bathroom. I really mean, I can't say enough good things about this place. it's just wonderful. I added the full images of the lunch menu and will get the full images of the diner menu at the next visit (which will be this week). happy sushi!"

"I don't think I've ever been to a Thai restaurant. Stunning on them looking for sushi and decided to try them for lunch based on reviews... Food was spectacular. The restaurant itself is almost soothing, just to eat. Def will return. Ginger Salat was delicious. Teriyaki Steak Box was delicious. The lunch was perfect and I starved. "After unsuccessfully waiting in line for over 3 hours to trade-in some games at Limited Run Games retail store, I was super hungry. Fortunately, this restaurant is located just below Limited Run Games and had seating available. Having watched the crowd come and go from this restaurant (for a few hours), I knew it was popular and there was a short wait most of the time. By the end of the evening the crowd had dissipated and seating was available without a wait. The menu offers a ton of items. The list was incredible. On the menu they offered buy one get one free for sushi rolls. So if you are going to buy one, you might was well get two! After reviewing all of the available options, finally settled on the poke bowl (hawaiian style). It took a little while to get the food, but it was worth the wait. The food was outstanding and served fresh with a very appetizing presentation. The staff was very friendly and the water glass was refilled about 10 times! Would definitely return to this location again in the future. The prices were fair and the portions were very generous. The perfect combination!"

"The Coconut Spicy Lemongrass Soup is INCREDIBLE!! Huge portion size for the price!! Finally a place that serves hearty portions (and I eat a LOT . I got the large size with shrimp. "I have had a decent experience a few times when ordering from this restaurant. However, when it is bad, it is really bad. The quality is not up to par with a typical restaurant. I was particularly disappointed with the burnt and cold chicken satay, which was served in an aluminum bag. "This is the new Sabai Thai (will dub it Sabai Thai II) as it now owned by the former owner of Sabai Thai (on Hypoloxo). After she left Sabai Thai, it's so bad that we stopped going. Anyway, she couldn't just retire after she had sold her old place and had made her own thing that she had bought Haos and had brought back some of her employees. Tgis is the reason why quality has risen. We didn't know, so we were totally surprised when we were recognized as their former males. So, definitely a great place to eat. Great service. Great food. Yes, I wish she had the capital to renovate, but don't leave the decorated decoration away. Great people, great food."

"My aunt and I came here for a quick dinner after a day of shopping. This is the most phenomenal dining experience!! First of all, the food is exceptional. It?s some of the best I?ve ever had. I ordered pad Thai because it?s my go to favorite and itwas perfectly spicy and delicious. They were very buddy with a steady flow of take out orders. We were the last people theysat for the night before they started turning away customers because they wouldn?t have time to serve everyone before closing. I highly recommend going on the earlier side of dinner time to make sure you don?t miss out. The highlight of the wholeexperience though, was the man who sat us and waited our table. He was a spectacular treat. He did magic tricks at all thetables and sang songs, played music and danced. He is so full of not for life that you couldn?t help smiling and joining in thefun.
