"It is becoming a joke, who can mess up your order worse in Willard between Sonic and McDonalds. Well today McDonald's won the prize for the worst mess ups! When you return to show the messed up order, the manager just flutters her hands and laughs! It really has become tiresome! I would avoid this place or get something in Springfield before coming home. Apple Market does have great meals in their deli.It would be nice to get a response from the owner."

"I had ordered food through the drive thru area, drove around to pay and it started with the cashier at the first window. The ignorance and behavior of these young people working there is atrocious. She took my money and I drive up to the next window where there are 2 more young girls working getting drinks. I don't think they realized I could actually hear them talking and making fun of me. Then the first girl I had paid came over to the second window and pointed me out to her co-workers and they all started laughing at me. Apparently they must not receive any type of training in how to deal with customers. They won't be getting my business anymore. Corporate would be ashamed of the way these people show no respect to the customer who is buying their products."

"I ordered chicken McNuggets with Mambo sauce, and they really need to keep offering that sauce - it made for a totally different experience! The service was great, and I got my meal as a take out for dinner. The prices were very reasonable, between $1 and $10 per person. I would give the food a rating of 4, the service a 4 as well, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the chicken McNuggets with Mambo sauce at this restaurant."

"The inside hours end at 7. Expanding these hours would be so much better. And speeding up the after 7 drive thru is mandatory. I have left 3 times because of this. I have seen multiple other vehicles leave. Customer service is great."

"Passed by multiple McDonald’s to hit the one next to my house because their hours are until midnight. Roll up a few minutes past 11 and the menu lights are off and security gate is down. Closes an hour early in a Friday night. Pull up to the drive though window and see an employee who looks like a tweeter ignoring me as she continues to clean. While I’m on here, 6 months ago I grabbed a sausage egg and cheese with scrambled egg. Instantly notice my sand which looks thin. Take a look, and not only is there barely any egg on it, but all of the egg is black. Not burnt either. Like they scraped leftover egg scraps off the grill and onto my sand which. Walk inside to show the manager no words given. They just turn around and tell someone to make another one and continue helping the other guests. No apology no nothing. This McDonalds is by far, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. And it’s the only one in Gold Canyon of course."

"Tried to buy happy meal for my grandkids before 11 a.m. and was told they didn't serve anything but breakfast, told the voice on the other end that I thought McDonald's was a burger joint not a breakfast restaurant!! Total crickets so I backed out of line and I went home and came back an hour later to get them their happy meals and decided to go inside and guess what? "1 star because i can't give less. Went to the drive thru, had to wait several minutes to even be greeted, received old fries, Luke warm coke, and cold burgers. Asked for our food to be remade and was pulled forward. When they finally brought our order back out to us half of it was wrong and items were missing. Went in to have it remade again and all the manager wanted to do was argue with us and make excuses. Instead of remaking our food CORRECTLY and fresh, the manager only gave us the option to have a refund and proceeded to start taking orders instead of having her drivethru person so it so she could do her job as manager. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Was there for 45 minutes and went to bed hungry. Absolutely will never come back and I will be contacting her superiors."

You have always come out your food as soon as possible, allow them to get the mobile app that allows to get food as much faster, and the food is always nice and fresh when you get when. "When it comes to McDonald's, your experience will be pretty cookie cutter, and so will your expectations. That's a good thing. But the manager of the day shift was fabulous. He guided his crew and treated guests as though he knew them. Personable, happy and glad you were there at his restaurant. Being bilingual was another of his great assets. It's nice to go to a place that's actually happy to serve you in a clean, orderly environment. No garbage on the floor, the doors and the restrooms were clean. Keep up the good work! "4 out of 5 stars simply because the sign says, Lobby Open , and due to staffing shortages the doors were all still locked. Over a dozen people tried to go inside and could not. This has happened numerous times in the last couple weeks to us.Food is always good! We usually use the app to order as the line is sometimes obscenely long, with double lines hanging out onto Chicago drive..... The workers are doing the best they can, with who shows up. We appreciate them!!!(Side note: Sadly, after some COVID updates, the app orders pick up location has switched to the side of the building where you enter the drive thru. [It used to be better located on the opposite side of the building, where the puck up windows are. NOW, if you go during a busy time for pick up, you cannot even get into, or out of, the pickup food spots, as there are sometimes 2 sold lanes of non-movinh traffic waiting in the drive thru line.The app pick up spots really need to be relocated back to the other side."

"The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. When I walked in, all the employees stopped what they were doing and greeted me with a warm welcome. It wasn't just a generic greeting, they made it personal. The staff were well-trained and they even brought our food to our table and asked if we needed anything else.
