"This has to be one of the WORST McDonald 's EVER. My wife and waited inline to place our order but the guy at the counter made us order from the kiosk because they were backed up . There were literally less than ten people in the restaurant, including a manager and supervisor sitting at one of the many open tables. And there were ZERO cars at the drive thru. The dude at the counter then started to touch every table (restaurant speak for checking in on their guests), so I 'll give them credit for that. Other than that, for a corporate monster, this joint SUCKS. Do yourself a favor and go to the Carl 's Jr. next door."

"The oil was old and the fries were so hard that they crumbled. When I asked the employee did she see the fries? Her response was that they all are like that because the oil was old. All the food had a bad after taste. She did supposedly had some fresh ones dropped. And she was right, they also were like the first ones. As if they had recooked the ones I had given them. "The owners keep hiring new people, which causes extremely long wait times. I wait on average 17 min to get a coffee and sandwich in the drive thru for the last month. The owners are greedy and won't pay good employees enough to stay at this store, so they hire kids who don't care. Sat waiting at the pickup window with my coffee sitting in window and had to watch a 17 yr old girl with her back to me start dancing while two other employees who were facing me just ignored me and watched her do her dance. I finally knocked on the window to get her to give me my coffee. Ridiculous ...just simply ridiculous. I complain to no avail as they just don't care and never have I had a response from anyone. I'm Going to contact world headquarters office soon and see if they care."

"As McDonald's restaurants go, this one is the cream of the crop! Clean! Friendly! Food is obviously prepared with care! Great effort by this team! The only gripe is that they took away self-serve drinking fountains and condiments with the recent remodel. This move keeps the restaurant much cleaner, but only works if the service is attentive. Which it definitely is at this location. Food: 5"

"I feel like I know what I'm in for when it comes to getting McDonald's, but apparently I don't! Oh how times have changed! Our previous trip to McD's was for breakfast for the road and we went in to order and waited soooooo long for our order, it was crazy! Watching each of the employees do their job was painful, there was zero hustle, regardless of all the people waiting inside and in the drive-thru. It was very disappointing to see. The inside was clean and put together, along with the beverage area, which was nice. This most recent trip... coming in from the airport and not feeling like sitting in a restaurant nor cooking once we were home and McDonald's it is! We placed an order via the app for curbside pickup once we arrived, parked and checked in on the app. The drive-thru was really long and once parked, we see the lobby is closed yet again due to staffing shortages. What a shame. After 10 minutes, we were confused as to if they would even bring it out and at the 15 minute mark and heading to sit in the drive-thru line a young man brought us our order. We thanked him profusely and wished him well, hoping the best for being overwhelmed. As for the meal... well, as you can see from the photo, a few ingredients were missing between the bun. At this point, it's not worth it call because I'm finding more and more that it's pointless."

"We went through the drive-thru after fishing with our grandson. The outside lane was easy to navigate with a trailer and a boat. The person who took the order was pleasant and accurately took our order. Our grandson is a plain cheeseburger fan and it is amazing how many times it doesn’t happen. "With 10 or 12 workers in the kitchen. It took them 20 minutes to prepare the items.I know it is hard work in the kirchen at a restaurants. But when you have to wait 5 minutes to place an order. And when you do, the cashier isn 't in uniform, but in normal street clothes.And since there was already one person waiting. There was nobody behind me, when I place the order.I don 't mind waiting for 5 minutes. But when orher customers order after me, recieve their orders and leave. 10 minutes come and go, and I still keep my call, as well other customers come and go. 15 minutes passed, and I start to sigh, and show my order number.Then about 20 minutes, I finally received the order..The taste is the food, when I got it wasn 't the best. The burger taste more lile sausage, as if the grill wasn 't prepared from breakfast. I dont mind the taste of pepper. But it was semi warm.I didn 't yell or make a scene, cause my daughter was with me. But I did eat it and left.I worked for fast food restaurants before. And know how hard it is. The common courtesy, would be I am sorry, but it will take xx time for your order . Or If you take a seat and I will bring your order. If there was some sort of apology for waiting that long, I wouldn 't been upset. They just called the number and left. My daughter and I ate and left."

"Cashier was rude and not wearing there PPE properly. I do understand that per company policy certain bills can not be excepted however when telling a customer this you can use more equivalent and polite ways to tell someone and if I am spending almost the amount of the bill and not much change would be needed then the bill should be accepted. My main issue with this establishment is the hospitality of the works first I did not get greeted upon entering. Then when I finally got the attention of the workers they were rude and unwelcoming. I will not be back to this establishment."

"Absolute, Worst Drive-thru experience ever. I ordered my usual Sausage, Egg McMuffin and Med Diet Coke through the app. I love the app. I like my McMuffin with a folded egg, but the app does not give that option, so I always tell them at the order speaker, and they always respond, no problem. Except for today, the gal says I can 't do that to which I again let her know to tell them in the grill and they will do it. When I get to the window, and as she hands me my receipt, she says that the manager said no, we can 't do that. I handed the receipt back to her and said, cancel my order. She calls the manager back and he angrily slams the window open and snarls, Who placed this order, you or me? I said I did and there 's no option to substitute folded egg in the app. He replies, You placed the order, that 's what you get. and proceeds to slam the window shut. I wanted to get his name before pulling away so I tapped on the window, and He slammed the window open and says, I used to be in law enforcement, and I can have you arrested for banging on my window. I asked for his name (Thomas, General Manager) then he yells at me to get outta here. I did let him know that I was going to be filing a complaint."

"I'm in Home Healthcare and a month ago I stopped at this McDonald in Nashville and the food was HORRIBLE. I called back and spoke to a very nice lady about my experience. She assured me that my meal would be replaced if I were back in the area. Yesterday I stopped and yes, my name was to replace in her book for my meal, and the manager was more than friendly and friendly and ensured that every part of my meal was freshly cooked 10/10 I eat there again."

"Got in line at the drive thru prior to closing. Sat in that line for 10 minutes without cars moving. When the car in front of us was finally able to order and pull up we were told that they were closed. No consideration for the fact that we were in line waiting well before closing. When we informed them that we were in line before closing the girl said that they are now closed and would not take our order. This McDonalds has, by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I can appreciate the fact that businesses are short staffed but we should have at least been informed that no orders would be taken after 11:00 PM. I will definitely give all my business to Burger King here on out."

"The restaurant opens at 12:30 PM on Sunday, which is a bit late for my taste. I was feeling hungry and decided to grab a late-night bite. I ordered a double cheeseburger and some McChickens from their late-night menu, where items are priced at $1 and $2. If you're working the night shift, this place is a good spot for a late-night meal."
