"When their system is working, the food here is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired most of the time. After reading reviews about the inside of the restaurant, I'm thankful that I’ve only used the drive-thru. I usually stop by 1-2 times a week during my commute because I really enjoy a sausage McMuffin! Unfortunately, I've noticed that lately, the system seems to go down frequently right after I place my order. I understand that technical issues happen, usually at the worst times, but this has become too common to just be a random glitch. Management should really look into their internet connection or system stability to reduce these drive-off incidents. However, I suspect there may be more of a human issue at play rather than just a technical one — though I could be mistaken. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1."

"I asked for no onion on my burgers and the guy at the pay window asked me if I wanted no onion on one burger or both, I said no onion on both. and guess what, both had onion on them. then I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my fries and didn’t get that. Also ordered a large sprite and when it was handed to me it was a medium and the person at the window fought with me saying I paid for a medium so I get a medium. I argued back and said no i ordered a large sprite and i will pay whatever the difference is just give me what I ordered. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I usually go out of my way to this Mcdonald’s because Ive never had issues but lately it’s an issue every time I go and most of the time I go just to get a pop for myself and others and they can’t even get those right"

"I've been going here fairly consistently for over 10 years now, at least. The employees are usually efficient in getting the orders out most of the time, and I would say have improved in quality over the last few years. Prior to about the past 1-2 years, the service was INCREDIBLY hit or miss. Some days were awesome, other days (most of the days) pretty awful. Like every order has something wrong and/or forgotten, sort of awful. These days, I don't usually have an issue even when making requests to modify the food (such as ordering minus certain ingredients). Typically it's done right and done quickly. I wouldn't say the food is mind-blowing, (it IS McDonald's after all) but it tastes decently fresh. In the past, some rude employees had cycled through the store on occasion, with some particularly bad. But as of late, the employees are decent. Their service I would say, is neutral. Doesn't stand out to me as particularly warm, but by NO means rude either. All in all, it's okay. Good if you wanna grab a quick drink. DEFINITELY seen some improvement over the years."

"Was a great experience as they had a well-dressed manager standing up on everything. Place was clean considering it was the tail end of the lunch brush. I ordered the southwest chicken salad and the order was correct and got a number to put to my table and order was efficiently brought to my table. Salad was good and chicken was well cooked. Another car pulled up outside lane and they were giving their order while we still waited for our order to be taken. So I pulled around to cashier window and she was totally confused. Seems there is no proper training these days and no one knows what customer service means.
