"My son missed his school bus and had to walk here to wait for me because it was cold . The staff was rude to his because he's a black teen. I called his phone and asked to speak with one of the employees there and let them know this was my son and I was coming to pick him up I just wanted him to be warm. They refused to talk to me. Shame on the employees at canteen coffee."
