"Terrible service. Workers could not understand what I asked – quite certain that they were high, because the amount of times I repeated to a stupid face was ridiculous. When I tried to confirm my order (less tea, more milk, because I'm caffeine sensitivity) with a girl and she couldn't understand what I meant, another woman said, she'll see it again and when I got it, it was PURE tea with a splash of milk. Respectless and sincere in view of my health means sensitivity. I know she heard me too, so it wasn't a misunderstanding. I also waited 25min for the drink and of course it threw out when I realized it was pure tea. In addition, the entire floor was vaccinated with garbage and it felt rough in there."
