"Terrible service. Workers could not understand what I asked – quite certain that they were high, because the amount of times I repeated to a stupid face was ridiculous. When I tried to confirm my order (less tea, more milk, because I'm caffeine sensitivity) with a girl and she couldn't understand what I meant, another woman said, she'll see it again and when I got it, it was PURE tea with a splash of milk. Respectless and sincere in view of my health means sensitivity. I know she heard me too, so it wasn't a misunderstanding. My son is falling in love with this place. Stopped by again to pick up his favorite cookies cream with easy boba. Fast and easy service. Quick find in the mall. Store was clean and had adequate seating.
