"Let me start off by saying, I eat Mexican food daily, and I mean daily, so I know my food. I have not had the best experience over the last few places I have eaten that are similar to this, however, this one stands out. Not because of the food per say but because of the customer service. Yesterday was my first time here at the recommendation of a friend and I had not idea what to order. Because I am use to paying extra for anything extra, that is what I expected. Big G: Good evening maam, what can I get you. Me: The bowl and do you have corn tortillas? Big G: Yes maam. Me: How much do you charge per torilla? Big G: Nothing maam, we dont charge for extras, this is not Chipotle! Needless to say, I died laughing. Not only did he not make a big deal of me asking for a little more rice, or corn tortillas, he was friendly and respectful. Harold, who rung up my order was great too. I love spicy sauces, so he combined two sauces for me to try since it was my first time. Now the food isn't spectacular as it is regular pick-your-bowl food but it was good. However, the customer service and attitude made my bowl taste even better. Whoever hired them, good choice. It is now my new spot. It was clean, friendly and I will be back!
