"I am pleasantly surprised by Pizza express. I ordered for the first time tonight. The pizza was good, definitely one of the better in this area (they got the dough right! . The baked ziti was very good- sauce was seasoned well they actually use ricotta instead of just slapping a bunch of cheese on it on top of pasta and throwing it in the oven and calling it baked ziti. However, the meatball sub was chintzy with one meatball cut in half on each side of the hero (you guys call them subs . If they used three meatballs total and put 3 halves on each side of the hero, it would’ve made a much better impression. Overall, I will be ordering again."

Plus they changed it to 3 cheese slices to 4 since they couldn?t make it when I couldn?t see the slices since it looked messy . Small pizza for quite a bit money when I paid before 20$ with bigger pizza slices.Wasn?t as tasty The workers don?t wear their mask too. "EDIT: Upon seeing my review, the owner contacted me. I am certainly willing to give them another try and support a business that shows they genuinely care about their customers experience. First tried Pizzabar a few months ago because they offered vegan pizza. It was tasty and we were pleased. Maybe we had low expectations for vegan pizza or maybe it was just better then. Last night we ordered a regular pizza and a side of meatballs. They were both completely tasteless. We ended up dousing the pizza with garlic powder and hot sauce which we never do. Thinking it was just the pizza we tried the meatballs those and the sauce alone were bland. Very disappointing. Didnt even save the leftover pieces which NEVER happens in my house. Felt like wasted money. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Emilia combo, which included a one-topping pizza, a Caesar salad, and a large sub that turned out to be two sandwiches! I chose green peppers for my pizza topping and it was delicious. The Italian sub I ordered was also fantastic, with super fresh bread and cold cuts. The Caesar salad was incredible as well. You definitely get your money's worth and more here. I highly recommend this place, especially for larger groups."

"This place is a joke. Who makes a caramel machiatto with Hot Cocoa power mix? Dont lie saw ya do it. Then after realizing I knew this wasnt going to taste good he said you wanted caranel? ... so he just poured in some caramel syrup and handed it bac.The sandwich is overpriced and not worth it. "My wife and I used Frugatti's to cater our wedding at the Metro Galleries downtown on July 14. We used them because their food is outstanding as we had their most popular dishes in the chicken mushroom as well as the lasagna. We also had their famous stuffed mushrooms, salad, and rolls to finish off the meal. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious as Frugatti's did their part to make our special day perfect. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was top notch. Two young gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly serving all of our guests their food and making everyone feel important. They even served my new bride and I so that we can further feel special on our most important day. The two servers were attentive to the needs of our guests by filling up drinks often and busing the tables in a timely matter. Frugatti's was extremely easy to work with, food was outstanding, and the service at our wedding really made our day special. I can't say thank you enough and if their were more stars, I would give them to Frugatti's. We also had a lot of guests from out of town that spoke very highly of the food and service. "always happy to support small businesses. safe if we only go with pizza their discs are nothing special, but it is definitiw great for a quick bite and fills them up. their prices have risen over the years, but who can complain when they are so close to the train. but is $6 for a tiny bit of the kartoffel is extremely lol. her restaurant itself is fairly clean, customer service is super friendly and efficient and there are large seating areas. they always have my favorite cream soda too"

"Ordered the Settefrate pizza without cheese, lasagna and Rhode Island Fried Calamari. The restaurant called to confirm the order within a few minutes which is amazing service. The food arrived quickly and hot. The pizza was delicious, the calamari cooked to perfection and lasagna wowza! Not many places cook calamari correctly. Pellici's does it right! "Wonderful place to eat at if you happen to find yourself strolling down Montana Ave in Santa Monica. Between the wonderful weather and delicious food it makes for a great time. Amazing and quick service. As for the food i was greatly pleased! The only bad critique i have is the marinara sauce (not pictured) that comes with the calamari, it was very soup like(low key giving tomato soup vibes), it lacked the thickness of a dipping sauce BUT nonetheless still good. I ordered the blackened chicken Caesar sandwich and chiiiiile the chicken was so juicy and seasoned to perfection. Everything tasted so fresh! My sister ordered the half pound rosti cheeseburger which looked delicious she did state ? for it to be a well done burger it?s still juicy and flavorful, it doesn?t taste dry at all? Of course i had to order me a drink, i kept it classy with Prosecco i love how it comes in a small individual bottle vs it being poured from a larger bottle. We ordered the pollo al mattone(drumsticks) for my nephew unfortunately he didn?t seem to enjoy the drumsticks as much but he was able to eat the fries. Btw the fries y u m m y you can taste the rosemary sea salt and I?m guessing a drizzle of olive oil. all in all this place is delicious and a heavy recommendation to eat at, the only downside honestly would be finding parking if their parking lot is full, but even then that was not much of an issue"
