"I am so pleased with the owners and staff at Bay Ridge Pizza, my 8 year old granddaughter has Celliac Condition and I ordered Gluten Free Pizza yesterday for her and for my family. The owner Chris let me know what the ingredients were in the pizza to make sure it would be good for her.The pizza was incredible and she loved it, we tried many other places and this gluten free was exceptional. I always order from them but never gluten free, I’m so very happy with their restaurant and how exceptional and kind they are to their customers."

"They have a very extensive menu here. They have different specials for each and every day of the week. On days when football games are on or even other sporting events, and holidays they always have a different special for each event. Just stop in or call and ask what other deals they have that aren't on the menu. When football games or other big games are taking place be prepared to have to wait a lot longer for delivery as they get very busy at those times. I always ask the time difference to just run and pick it up myself. If your order ever gets messed up, which happens sometimes when they get busy, just call them and they will make whatever it is that you're missing or is wrong and send it to you, or they'll give you credit for the next time you order. The food overall is good, and the value is fair. Everyone has a favorite place for pizza, cheese steaks, and whatever else. This place isn't going to win an award for pizza or cheese steaks, but it's great for the extensive menu that everyone in your family will find something they will enjoy."

"I've been here a few times and always had a great experience. The food is great and the view is fun! However, this time it could not have been more obvious that the cuts of fish and food generally fall by at least 30%. The size of our very expensive Mahi-Mahi and swordfish was alarmingly small. It was good that the dessert was tiny because it was super rich and pretty good. Don't get me wrong, the taste of food was great, but we were made in 15 minutes LoL So it definitely left much to wish and could have worked if I was on a calorie-restricting diet, but for the price I definitely expected more. Our server was very friendly as all the others who helped on the staff!"

"Servers were very nice and atmosphere was what we wanted after a long walk in NYC. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle. We ordered Caesar salad and it was just OK. Not as flavorful as I’ve had in other places in NY. This was after adding pepper. We also ordered the Margarita pie and could not finish it. The pizza was covered in cheese like a traditional pie and taste was off. Not like usual margaritas we’ve had all around NY. It sounds like it may have been an off day as the reviews rave about the food."

"I'm gluten-sensitive. I've tried it because I've read big reviews for knowing about it. I informed the server I was gluten-free- asked for suggestions. my salat came with crumble, although description did not show this and the server was informed. they apologised and made it again - but the level of knowledge was clearly lacking. the rest of the meals were good- I didn't get sick- it was expensive $95 for 2 salads, 1 duck, 1 next dish, 1 drink, and another $5 for park tip. I probably wouldn't go back."

"Another fave due to the service and the food. The owners story is a great one coming up from being a kitchen worker to being the permittee. The waiter, Marcio, has been their for years. He along with the less seasoned Ronnie are a pleasure to be served by. Great sauce, servings and service is a hard combo to beat."

"I would give this place more stars if I could! It's one of the best restaurants in Parsippany. I'm surprised to see that it has less than five stars. Any negative reviews probably come from someone having an off day and not really expressing what they meant. The staff here are incredibly courteous and even let me make changes to my order that I didn't expect. My colleagues and I were blown away by how delicious the food is! "This review is a long time coming! We order pastas / pizza from here almost every week since before Covid, and the food and service are consistently stellar. We've been thinking about trying other places, but... think why change a great thing! They care about the quality of food, as well as the people they serve. You know the customers, they are personal and the food is excellent. The ONE time (consider that we have ordered a hundred times) I pointed out that there was a problem, it was immediately corrected and a new order sent out, no questions asked. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot that you will not be disappointed."

"Update was already there a few times. It's a legit 5. I'm going to my discs now. Until this weekend. Lol Actually a 4.7. The first time here. I would have known when they were opened three years ago. Friendly, helpful staff. We went with the slices, I had a paprika and a sausage. Slices were big and delicious. I will return and highly recommend. Two minuses when I sit at a table and hold my arms on him, that's a branch. Even if you will drive around to leave the building, the landlord must take care of the parking lot. Very nice food experience thanks!"
