"the food was delicious! I had the chicken enchiladas with red sauce and my man had steak fajita burrito (both came with 2 pages.) our server was very friendly and the service was great. the restaurant itself was very clean and beautiful looking. very reasonable prices too. we would definitely go back!"

"New Improved. As of August 2012 this restaurant has been totally remodeled. They still carry out their Latino theme but have added menu items. I found the food was good particularly the soup and dessert. The staff was friendly and service was good. Much of the decor has changed and big screen tv's have been added. The Margarita Cheesecake was very good. Another new item worth trying was the Locos Tacos."

"Not very good. The very crabby hostess couldn't even muster a smile. Welcome to Carlo's! Not the way to greet a customer. The margs taste like lime flavored water. Is there any tequila at all in this? Waitress seemed to be bothered by spending more than a millisecond at the table even though it was not busy. More Carlos friendly service? Food was ok. Typical flavor less Tex Mex mush. Not recommended. Next time Taco Bell. :"

"Chips and salsa was best I've had in Topeka. Food was good but not excellent. Meats seems to have a smokey flavor that I wasn't crazy about. The regular ground beef dish was seasoned well. Will go back and try other dishes. One thing we really liked and enjoyed was food wasn't overly salty, unlike other Mexican restaurants."

"The menu is extensive with many options to choose from. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend trying their jumbo margarita! The guacamole is delicious; I usually like to customize mine a bit."

"I had the pleasure of enjoying a free veteran dinner at Carlos O'Kelly's. When I went into the door, the experience started. I think the manager was sitting tables and he was as respectful and kind as really loves his job type. The waitress was sweet, the meal was wonderful. It was my first time and I will definitely be back. Thanks for dinner!"
