"Popeyes food is fantastic always, but i will say that the homeless people and drug addicts asking for money are extremely demanding and if you don't give them money these people get extremely hustle. it is scary. My experience at this location was not a plesant one. I toll the person that was demanding money from me that I did not carry cash but that if he was hungry i was willing to purchase what ever he wanted. He said he wanted money not food and kicked my car call me every name he could. I had a horrible experience unfortunately I will never go back to this location. It is very dangerous. But my experience has nothing to do with Popeye's chicken, it is the best chicken for me. I love Popeye's chicken!"

"We placed our order online for pickup. I drove up and let them know I was here for an online order and gave my name. They asked me to repeat my name several times. Then I was told okay we’re making it now, pull up to the window. I get to the window, the kid just stands there. So I said I have the online order. He says okay they’re making it now. Closed the window and proceed to lean against the drink counter talking to another employee. He hands me my bag. So I asked is everything in this one bag he says yes, have a good night. I asked for honey for the biscuits. He didn’t know where they were. Asked another employee and then told me they didn’t have any. Needless to say when I reached home I had not received my complete order. I went right back to the store to find that the dining room was closed at 8:00 pm. I showed them my receipt at the door and told them I needed to speak to the manager. The kid shook his head No and walked away. I got onto the drive thru line which was now to street. I asked to speak to the manager at the speaker. She asked me to pull up to the window. As she couldn’t hear me. I explained to the manager what happened including being told no at the door when I asked to speak to the manager. I advised her that I ordered a 44 ounce Fanta and received two small drinks. (Sprite Fanta) I didn’t receive the 7 biscuits as ordered and was told they had no honey. The mashed potatoes had very little gravy. She said she would speak with the staff about their behavior and rectify the problem. Needless to say this hasn’t been a pleasant experience!"

"We walked into the lobby, at 7pm. We were told that the three cars in the drive thru we’re going to take first priority, and that if we wanted to wait they could take our order in 45 min to an hour, and that they were drive thru only at the moment. "This is the third time I have driven through right after opening for lunch. Fries are rubbery and cold. The chicken is Luke warm. It’s as if they reheated food that was left over from the night before. Unacceptable. Had high hopes because the staff is friendly. But the food quality is well below par. No one wants to eat cold food for the money they spend. Seems to me that if there were an involved manager on site these things wouldn’t happen….. so frustrating!"

"as others say more valuable. this branch can not get the orders right! either they give you an incomplete order or a completely false article. such inability and annoying to the customers. ok mistakes happen, but what is worse is the terrible customer service and the rude hiring of the manager! when they come back to complain that an article is missing, he acts like her lying and gives them a doubtful ton. this kind of customer service will have this place close soon. people with such rude attitude towards customers who give them business should not be patronized. the staff and manager of the popeye’s in rockaway mall offer so much better service."
