"This is the third time I have driven through right after opening for lunch. Fries are rubbery and cold. The chicken is Luke warm. It’s as if they reheated food that was left over from the night before. Unacceptable. Had high hopes because the staff is friendly. But the food quality is well below par. No one wants to eat cold food for the money they spend. Seems to me that if there were an involved manager on site these things wouldn’t happen….. so frustrating!"

I prefer Popeyes to their national competitors. I don't like that I can't order individual chicken thighs from their app. Thighs and drums are not interchangeable and sometimes I just want chicken not a meal. Let us do al la carte via the app please!

This is a VERY disorganized store. If I could give this visit a negative review I totally would. Employees seened like they could care less that they had people waiting. Took forever to get a pickup order they ended up forgetting a few things. So my husband went back in they STILL forgot it. Never doing business with this door again.
