"Staff is horrible, incompetent and slow. Especially this one short girl with short hair who literally when I see her I just know my smoothie is going to taste terrible she literally blinks at my order like she’s stoned and asks to repeat it like it’s so hard. It’s smoothies. Just smoothies. I work in the area and would prefer a smoothie over some fast food in the area but the staff and inconsistency here definitely make me want to go elsewhere. The management seems poor too as they also are short staffed on the regular."

"I loved going here because it was convenient, the only place that could make a propper Java the Nut, and the staff were almost always friendly except a few that didn’t last long but now I see why. This location made the employees work almost a week without proper AC and failing coolers (my smoothies tasted off) had a chest cooler in the front lobby for two weeks which you could see into and it didn’t look clean, and did very poorly with how they treaters their staff from what I had learned by talking to the employees before the surprise remodel."

"I'm not one who's hard on someone. But that's the third time I went out with a smoothie because Lucy doesn't know how to make a smoothie right. So I wait not only 15 minutes after my order in online, which allows 10 minutes for pickup (so now a total of 25 minutes). She had to give things back to people's flats and try to make them thinner. She doesn't wash her hands, touched everything and wiping it on her pants then continue to make smoothies. But after 25 minutes, Lucy was waiting to fight?t even started my smoothie and made a mess from one family of smoothies before me. As I said, I can't even write reviews, let alone bad. But Lucy deff needs more training and not to be left alone because she had no idea what she does."

"I chose to remain silent and waited patiently for her to finish. It's frustrating to have to talk to the back of her head, and I certainly wasn't about to shout over the sound of running water. It seems like she lacks the ability to engage properly with customers. If she's unhappy in her job, she might consider stepping away from it. I've been to this establishment often enough to know that she is the only staff member who has left me with a negative impression. The other employees are consistently friendly and provide excellent customer service. I always feel relieved when I visit and she's not working. If I owned a business, I wouldn't want someone like her representing my brand. I gave this review two stars instead of one simply because they did manage to get my order right on the first try this time."

"We go to this location often as we enjoy the smoothies. The smoothies are pretty consistent. However, the customer service lately has really been less than desirable. I am not looking to be showered with fluff, but just being cordial would be totally satisfactory. The young lady with the bucket hat says maybe 3 words and seems like we are bothering her when we walk in. We will continue to go because we like the product, but would be nice to have an improvement in customer service."

"this evaluation is long overdue. a few months back I ordered a smoothie online and went to pick it up. the smoothie was not ready as I had accidentally placed the order at a location in atlanta and not at this location in peachtree city. I then went to my car and called the other location and they were not very helpful and were not willing to pay back my money. I went back to the place of the city peachtree to reorder my smoothie and pay for it. they apologised again for the unfortunate mistake and inconvenience (although it wasn't their fault) they immediately made me a delicious smoothie and not charged me for him. I will support this location mainly other smoothie locations / support their attention to customer service brilliantly."

"All the girls besides I think the manager, makes my smoothie the way I like it. Sometimes i go in and the manager is nice and others she seems like she had a bad day. What 's crazy is I asked for less than half peanut butter, that I like it plain as a joke so she could understand how less I am talking about and she tells me I need to ask for a quarter amount of peanut butter and laughs... When everyone else makes it correctly when I come in. When she makes it I 'm already expecting it to be wrong. She gave me a test cup to see if i liked it and i thought that was thoughtful at first, and i said maybe less peanut butter and she didnt offer to remake it. Counter-productive. And I think next time I 'm gonna ask for a different employee to assist me. There 's nothing funny about messing up someones food or drink when theyre a paying customer i 'm always nice. Telling someone how they 're suppose to have their smoothie not knowing their diet restrictions is crazy to me. I usually always tip on to go too so it 's even more frustrating. Maybe she can benefit from learning from her peers. ?‍ I gave 3 stars because literally every single employee minus her, does it perfectly."
