"I chose to remain silent and waited patiently for her to finish. It's frustrating to have to talk to the back of her head, and I certainly wasn't about to shout over the sound of running water. It seems like she lacks the ability to engage properly with customers. If she's unhappy in her job, she might consider stepping away from it. I've been to this establishment often enough to know that she is the only staff member who has left me with a negative impression. I used to really enjoy coming here because the smoothies were made with care and tasted amazing. However, they've recently hired new employees who seem inexperienced, and to be honest, I've been really disappointed during my last three visits.
