"Another very good experience at this institution located in Little Italy Bronx. Appetizer was incredibly amazing! So was the black pasta special!!! This should be a regular on the menu... According to the season, the soft-shell crabs are tasty, so great... The rabbit dish did not meet expectations...not well prepared. First time in many, many, many visits that the kitchen was disorganized in execution... Hopefully, this was an outlier event. Still highly recommend the location."

"We were celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday. The table was too small for the six of us; I was constantly having to rearrange dirty plates to make room for us. Server was very polite but inattentive. We had to ask for water multiple times, when he could have brought us a carafe (if they have them). I had to ask for clean utensils. Restaurant tables were packed together and restaurant was loud. We have had better experiences here."

"We have eaten here several times now and consistently have a great experience. It 's a comfortable restaurant with an open kitchen and great bar area, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the service is great. Most importantly, the food is consistently excellent and the portions are generous. They also have a very good range of wines to compliment their menu.Nothing telegraphs a message about the quality of the restaurant more than the bread they serve. Carlitos warm rolls, which are light and delicious , are a clear indication that you 're in for a treat. Carlito 's boast a large menu filled with classics ranging homemade pasta to all the Italian standards served with their own unique twist. There is typically a great list of specials as well to choose from which we normally do. This last week we tried their fried polenta balls which were filled with meat or cheese and were absolutely delicious.You; 'll probably need to wrap half your meal so you can save room for their deserts which include gelato and a wide range of cakes. Two of our favorites are their lava cake and of course their tiramisu.I would not hesitate to recommend Carlito 's to any friends visiting the Woodbury area. The food quality is consistently great and we have only had good experiences whenever we dined there."

"This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. The menu is not huge and that has its compromises. For example, they do not have fried Calamari, but they have an amazing octopus appetizer. What they do is offer you amazing Italian cuisine. I highly recommend that you get the Bruschetta together with the bread. It's one of the best bruschetta I've ever had in my whole life. You can sit inside or outside. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Reservations are not essential, but they can be helpful."

"It’s been aFew years since we dined at Bellini. It was our go to place when we both worked in the city. Now retired, we don’t get into town as much. Always the worry did things change for the worse. Happy to say nope. Warmly greeted and quickly seated. Quiet early Wednesday evening provided a peaceful atmosphere. Service was attentive not obtrusive. The food was still up to what we recall. "It was our 1st visit to this restaurant. Saw it on Open Table and thought we'd give it a try. Atmosphere was good, and our server was great. She was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She gave us some recommendations and we took them. The food was ok. Just not what i was expecting from a family run establishment. The eggplant parm was mushy and lacked flavor (similar to a frozen product). My chicken marsala lacked any flavor of marsala wine and was pounded thin so that it was crispy and overcooked instead of tender and juicy. Our caprese appetizer was the highlight of the meal. I gave it 4 stars because of the service. I might return when in town to try the pizza or just a pasta dish."
