"I wanted to show European houseguests the best of what Seattle has to offer, Terra Plata's roof top dining experience did not disappoint. The hostess greeted us warmly, and sat us promptly, right on time. As usual, the service was friendly and professional, the food excellent and the al fresco seating lively but not noisy. We enjoyed shishito peppers and truffle chips to start, as well as the best heirloom tomato salad I've had in all summer, perfectly enhanced with herbs grown on Terra Plata's rooftop. Main courses included an excellently flavored salmon, accompanied with vegetables and a delicious green herbed sauce, a delicate and very fresh tasting St. Jude's albacore crudo dish, a perfectly roasted pork dish and a Terra Plata burger. Deserts were all terrific, including a rich chocolate mousse, excellent flan and the best churro's I've had outside of Spain."
