"For Friday night we were all craving for Thai food and we decided to try Thai Chilli Pepper restaurant. We ordered the food from the website online and decided to takeout the food. For dinner we ordered Fried Spring Rolls, Thai Chilli Pepper Bangkok Wings, Tom Yum Chicken Soup, Spicy Fried Rice, Yum Duck and Red Curry. The food was amazing and we decided for medium to hot spice level. We as Indians don't each much spice so for most of our family members it was really spicy. We loved the food as it was amazing. According to me the biggest disappointment was duck which we feel can be made better. Rest all of it was amazing."

"I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service I received at this restaurant. I arrived to pick up my takeout order and, after placing my order, I briefly stepped out to find suitable parking. Upon returning, I noticed a bag on their counter and asked the cashier if it was my order. To my dismay, I was told that it was not mine and someone else had taken my order. Confused, I patiently waited, only to witness a man arriving with an order and the cashier exchanging it with the one that was supposed to be mine.When I finally grasped what had happened, I expressed my dissatisfaction and informed them that I no longer wanted the order. It was appalling to realize that my food had been handed to a non-employee, violating health and safety regulations. However, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff began yelling at me, accusing me of ignorance. They claimed that my order had not been tampered with, but how could they be certain? Had they accompanied the food outside?As someone who has previously worked in the restaurant industry and currently holds a position in the medical field, I am appalled by the restaurant 's actions. Not only was their behavior grossly incorrect, but it was further exacerbated by the cashier 's rude response of I don 't care what you want. It is imperative that this establishment revisits the rules and principles of food safety and gains a thorough understanding of what true customer service entails.zero zero zero"

"Seriously the best Thai food I ever had. I'm from New Jersey and I often come to California and as soon as I go to LAX on the plane, I think about this food. Everything is so fresh and tasteful. On excellent food, the entire staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. You always make sure you enjoy everything and have everything you need. 11/10 hands down. "I've been coming here for at least 15 years and find the food and service have been consistent all that time, even with a change of ownership. This is my go-to restaurant as I know that the food will be consistently good no matter the dish and it's better than other places in town for taste, service, and price. It?s still counter service you order and sit down and everything is served on throw away paper dishes, plasticforks. "This place is neck and neck with Pure Thai IMHO. They are a little bit more expensive, but the quality and portion of food seem about the same. I would say the service is a bit more attentive at Pure Thai, I like their location better, and it seemed a tad more clean overall. With that said, I wouldn't pass up Kindee Thai if in that area. "I am from Chicago and had one of the worst meals I've ever had at this restaurant. The tom kha soup was disappointing with old, dried out peas and a disgustingly sweet broth with boiled and dry chicken. The gomae had a sauce with an awful sour taste and the fried tofu was cold, dry, and hard like old bread. It was a Friday at 4:30 pm and only 3 tables were full, with 6 people at one table and 2 at the other. The waitress working was slow and overwhelmed. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was exceptionally bad."

"The food was good. This restaurant has been in the neighborhood for many years, but I never went until my lady suggested it. The atmosphere was also nice. Not realizing it was BYOB, the couple next to us insisted we have some of their beers. Unfortunately, we didn't click with our server. She was not responsive when we asked for food recommendations. Never once checked back to see how we were doing, although she checked on her other tables multiple times. The other server (not ours) was super nice and friendly with her customers. Ours was not with us. She gave my date the check folder, which I quickly took and put my credit card in. She returned with it and again gave it to my date, who was pretty upset by then and didn't want me to leave a tip. We ended up leaving one anyway. I liked the food and would return, but only with a different server."

"Every dish we tried tasted like fish sauce. The coconut soup with chicken tasted very much like fish sauce and noted it as an ingredient on the menu. The fried rice with chicken was very strong taste of fish sauce. They didn't blame me for the soup and brought me Curry, who was very good. I had Thai food throughout the country in restaurants owned by Thai people and the flavors in the oceanic Thai cuisine did not taste like the dishes I had in many other restaurants. If you love the taste of the fish sauce, this place is perfect for you. I did not expect the flavors they served based on what was on the menu."
