"A Meal Soured: While I delivered for a third party service, I came across Mazatlan. The manager I've been talking about difficulties that come with these services. He said that someone gave them a terrible review for technical issues w/the app. I assured him I was back, I was back for three years and brought my mother from Texas, new friends I met, my partner now. This evening, my partner, whom I dressed for another dinner, went as well as usual until we ordered Dessert, which we normally did not do that she hangs a hair out of the spoon. We both notify the server. She's about 5 minutes away, bringing the tab. No, I'm so sorry, I'm gonna have the manager right away. Nothing. We have to pay the same manager. I'll ask him if he's aware of his hair. He said yes, that's why the charges were removed. I asked why he didn't come by talking about it. He said well that I was busy all the time. Then he said he could pick up a price. I let him know how I'm just there to support him the local business, it's very regrettable that customer service has dropped so much. Then he continued to calculate the full amount for the rest of the meal... Lol! The food whole experience was only up to max. We won't be back."
