"A Meal Soured: While I delivered for a third party service, I came across Mazatlan. The manager I've been talking about difficulties that come with these services. He said that someone gave them a terrible review for technical issues w/the app. I assured him I was back, I was back for three years and brought my mother from Texas, new friends I met, my partner now. This evening, my partner, whom I dressed for another dinner, went as well as usual until we ordered Dessert, which we normally did not do that she hangs a hair out of the spoon. We both notify the server. She's about 5 minutes away, bringing the tab. No, I'm so sorry, I'm gonna have the manager right away. Nothing. We have to pay...

Food was good, nothing crazy. Service was lacking, had to ask multiple times for salsa and straws and silverware. The bean dip had no flavor, the salsa had good flavor but was suoer watery, no chunks. Original margarita on the rocks was the only thing worth of 5 stars, so good!

There food is good. But we all know with bad service it leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. Not one time came to refill our drinks that I had to get up and ask if they were coming way after we got our food already. Not once came to check on us. We had to go find the waiter to get us our check. Also there was only 3 other tables in there. I don?t recommend this place if you actually want to enjoy your food.

I really like their bean dip that they provide as part of your meal. It tastes really good to dip your chips in. I think my favorite dish or actually the only dish I ever order, is the carne asada and it is always wonderful. I need these days I will try out their enchiladas and Tacos although as you can see from my son's picture that taco looks pretty epic. He ate the whole thing without hesitation. The server week it's always been friendly and she gives me extra chips to go when I asked. The next day I could do enjoy being dip with the chips again for a hearty meal.
