"The waitress and the food were very good. My shrimp scampi was very good, but it had not hardly melted butter on it. I told the waitress and she was very quick to get me a bit. Very appealing. One thing I want to add, like the disabled parking places where I have to park, had a lot of snow and ice directly, as I leave my car and this whole area (it is a few days since we hardly had a centimeter of snow). The Handicap area should be the first to be clear and dry! Some of the other parking lots were much dry but no empty spots there. I was very nervous on the way back of my car to get my walker. Very high liability question."

"The parking lot was packed, so we decided to give it a shot and see how long we would wait for a table, was 3 parties waiting for a table ahead of us. So we were told by the hostess that our wait for a table would be about 10 min. So it seems off to me but in fact, it was about 10 minutes when the manager got a table ready for us and even walk us to our table mention that our server would be with us shortly when the server approach we weren't even ready but he took our drinks. It wasn't hard to choose when I was told it was an endless shrimp choice. So we got our salad and then before finish the salad the food arrives. Was really fast I was surprised because the place was fully booked. Food was so good that I took some more Garlic shrimp, breaded shrimp and some spicy one. Manager and server approach table a couple of times to make sure we were ok. The drink never hit the bottom. I was satisfied with service and food was awesome. One of the best restaurants in Piqua to eat. And one of the best servers I ever have in a restaurant period. Compliments to friendly staff and Manager"

"crabby patty on Tuesday! After a long day of travel we decided to eat a bite! I had no high expectations, but I didn't think that the service would go so fast downhill when he was sitting! host stood: the host was pleasant, added our names to the waiter list, explained we would get a text, and quoted a 15-minute waiting period. The actual waiting time was about 5 minutes. Server/Service: after we set ourselves, it took almost 20 minutes before the server recognized our table. which only happened after the manager followed her on the table and apologized for waiting. she took orders and did not make good job control on our tables. no refills and no dessert were offered. I know everything should be allowed at least one day, but ma’am, you need to do it better. this is the service industry! for this visit I give the service 1 star! we haven't even offered something for the long wait! Eat: I ordered the full salmon new orleans with a loaded kartoffel and brokkoli! I enjoyed my meal (baked well) and the rest the next day were delicious! the cookies were amazing as usual! my friend ordered the chicken pasta and we ordered the firm of admirals. up to both! the food deserves at least 4 stars! as a supplement, we had to request cookies for our order. drinks: we ordered a strawberry lemonade and an arnold palmer. the diabetics! these drinks were extra sweet, so I recommend to ask them either a cup of water or ice to cut the sweet one."

"Excellent food (as always) cooked to perfection! My rare/medium rare steak was perfect. Absolutely perfect! And the crab was delicious too! Service was outstanding, our drinks were always filled! Wonderful experience in and of itself, but was made even more memorable due to even the kitchen staff coming over to sing Happy Birthday to my 72yr old mother! Unfortunately, I love in Arizona and don't know when I'll be back in the area, but I highly recommend this specific Red Lobster for the reasons stated above. And thanks to everyone there for making our dine-in experience for my mother's birthday a very happy experience for us."

"The employees at Red Loster Blaine location went beyond expectations. My brother, his wife, and myself took my parents ther for there 65th anniversary. The hostess helped get my parents in and seated, my dad uses a walker and my mom is in a wheelchair, while I parked my car. The extra help was appreciated. The waitress was attentive and picked up on cues very quickly. Mom has dementia and wanted a drink but hasn't had alcohol in years. The waitress helped mom decide on a drink and when she asked if mom wanted alcohol or not and mom said yes, the waitress picked up my head shake no and the small amount signal I was making with my hand. Mom got want she wanted without feeling diminished in any way and without us having to worry about any side affects of alcohol with mom's medication. The waitress had great emotional intelligence. Mom and dad got the Date Night Experience for Two (lobster tails, shrimp, steaks, and mac and cheese). It was glorious seeing my parents eyes light up when it was brought out. When we all were done, the waitress brought out some ice cream for my parents to share with plate decorated with their wedding date. This was not planned; the staff took it upon themselves to do this. It really made my parents feel special. Kudos to this Red Lobster location. They were amazing and we were appreciative."

"I really enjoyed my food here. If I dined alone I would have given this 5 stars. Shrimp was great, sides were great. The waitress was extremely nice. My wife got a burger and it was basically inedible. It was so greasy that the entire bottom bun turned to mush before she even ate it. She ended up trying to eat the burger without the bottom bun but the amount of grease was pretty disgusting so she couldn't finish it. We didn't end up complaining to anyone because I don't feel like it usually is worth it. The appetizer mozzerella sticks were pretty mediocre as well. Overall, I would still come back, my wife would not."

"yes, it's red lobster. it is corporate seafood for a (unfortunately rising) middle price. my daughter and I wanted to go to the restaurant olive garden next door. it was clear that we were not looking for anything extraordinary. only hungry after shopping in the mostly devastated mall next door. og was waiting for 45 minutes and we were on hangry. we crossed the parking lot after red lobster. we sat fast, our waiter was friendly, and we had the delicious cheese bags in short order. we had to find something to fulfill their vegetarian desire. we have opened with the fried beans with jalapeño ranch. they were pretty tasty and we threw them up. she settled on the baja bowl with garnel on the side (which would go home with me). she reported it was good and satisfied. I had walts garnelentrio with garnelen alfredo (which was not wonderful), garnelen scampi (which was good) and walts garnel (which was quite good). I had the nasalate with blue cheese and the loaded kartoffel. my only disappointment really came when I realized that with her endless shrimp for about the same price I could get the same or better. we have taken half of eating home, so I couldn't complain about not having enough. the bill was more stapler than expected, but post-pandemic I assume that is the new normal. all in all it was just another average meal in red lobster. a straight 3."

"It was very good. We were greeted and seated right away. The waiter was extremely helpful (she said thank you alot). Our food turned out absolutely perfect. I ordered the cajun chicken linguini and it was amazing. I didn't like that that the salt/pepper shakers were grinders, that takes forever. The waiter made sure our drinks were always full and we had a basket of bread at all times. It was a great visit and I will be back and highly recommend."

"Red Lobster is so happy to have a waitress of Catherine's caliber. She was friendly, took her time to suggest menu items. You could say she really took care of your visit this day. My sister and I ordered (she had crabs linguine, I had lobster tacos). Our orders came immediately. When I asked how mine was, I told her they were a bit dry and could use the sauce on them. She was shocked that they forgot to put the sauce on her and leave. She came with another order (to go) from the same thing (with sauce and an apology). I was so withdrawn from her generosity and kindness, unexpectedly. This experience has given my sister and me a newer respect for this institution and we want to ensure that Catherine (Red Lobster St. Laurent Blvd. Ottawa) gets recognition for her service so that this restaurant shines a little more. You're lucky to have them there."

"EXCHANGE Experience... This Red Lobster (Hanover, PA) has not disappointed with atmosphere, food or service. The Salmon New Orleans was made perfect, the sauce was perfectly matched and it was not annoyed. We enjoyed the bacon wrapped scallops and my Caesar salad, the dressing tasted homemade and it does not have the salad, a PLUS for me!! Our server, Jessica (amazing server) expected every need and we didn't have to ask every time we wanted or needed anything. Even my husband's steak was made perfect... Yeah, steak in a seafood house, and he had shrimps sampi and coconut shrimp with it. It was an absolutely wonderful evening and the overall price was affordable."

"So we looked at Lancaster 's location on line, find a few items that looked appealing, and choose to go there for lunch. My 74 year old friend got there first and inquired about her birthday discount and dessert option. Was told she needed a code, which she could not find in her email. Another server had a 10% off code, which they applied. Thanks. So ordering....I don 't see the shrimp cocktail OR crab cake that was on the web menu. Mgr came out with condescending, joking attitude. Sorry, I can 't fix you what 's not on the menu. Explains how those items have been gone for years. What do you want me to do? I 'm not in charge of what 's on the web? IDK, how about act like the manager that you are, and take care of the customers that you have- clearly the parking lot is NOT full. How about just giving her her a birthday dessert?? I guess I could do that. I suggest the cheesecake. It 's better than Cheesecake factory! Get it with raspberry AND caramel sauce! Dessert ordered to go. She also ordered a flounder dinner, which comes with 2 sides. She ordered that to take home to her sick husband, and just had the side salad for lunch. Got home- box had a piece of fish. No baked potato or fries, which she ordered. Cheesecake was a small little piece of joke- no raspberry, no caramel, no whipped cream! Happy Birthday to Her!!! Between condescending attitude and food, will NEVER go back to this location. Treated like this sweet little 74 year old was trying to hustle them! Obvious why parking lot was empty!"

"My husband and I just stopped here for lunch and it exceeded all expectations! We usually try to stay away from chain restaurants, but there was not much open on Tuesday to noon, so we went here. Very clean, fast friendly service, really good quality food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Management and employees here really need to know what they are doing, excellent work!"
