"I love this places food! But their customer service has gone way way down. I have been a regular customer for 2 years ordering usually twice a month and dining in several times a year. I just attempted to order nearly $70 worth of food on Uber eats but the order was cancelled. I called to see if part of my order was unavailable or why my order was cancelled. I was informed that my order was cancelled because i gave them a bad review!!!! I accidentally gave this location a 1star review on Uber eats, I never review anything but apparently I did. I would undo that review but there is no way to do so. The woman who I spoke to was extremely rude and said that they would not deliver to me because I had left a bad review. I explained the situation as being an accident but she was absolutely not helpful. I can’t believe that a restaurant would farm good reviews by denying service. Utterly disappointed. I hope I can contact someone of more value tomorrow during the day shift."
