"I love this places food! But their customer service has gone way way down. I have been a regular customer for 2 years ordering usually twice a month and dining in several times a year. I just attempted to order nearly $70 worth of food on Uber eats but the order was cancelled. I called to see if part of my order was unavailable or why my order was cancelled. I was informed that my order was cancelled because i gave them a bad review!!!! I accidentally gave this location a 1star review on Uber eats, I never review anything but apparently I did. I can't do anything wrong here. Best ramen in Albany! The Gyu Ramen is my favorite, but even the Veggie options like the Vegetabledon are very satisfying Very recommended!

Tasty ramen. The place is super casual- order at the counter and bus your own tables. But the location is great. The fried garlic was a bit much, but the marinated egg was awesome.Food: 4/5
