"I had high hopes that China Gourmet would compare with Oriental Wok, but the food was a let down. From the general ambiance, China Gourmet has similar vibes to Oriental Wok it 's in a strangely windowless mostly subterranean) section of a building. This sort of automatically establishes the lighting for a nice dark, dinner type of feel. The food: I don 't say this lightly, but I feel like the fried rice was something on par to what I could make at home: it was on the dry side, and not very robust taste wise. The tea was great. The service was also great. A major positive was that all the food items were clearly labeled as gluten free gfo on the menu). Overall, this is not a place I would return to unless I caught wind that some big changes were underway."
