"I placed a phone order for delivery, requesting two veggie pizzas without olives and pepperoni. However, when the order arrived, both pizzas had olives on them! I called and spoke with the manager, who offered to credit us but said we would have to pay for a new pizza. Why would we have to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours? When I inquired about the district manager, she refused to provide any information. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Decision 42."

Despite there being five employees present, none of them acknowledged me when I approached the counter with a question. I have no intention of coming back to this location and I hope that management takes a closer look at how it is being operated."

"first of all, this is not what I ordered, and it just came up like that. I called the load to let them know that this is not what I ordered, and they just argued with me and told me that they only do what is on the ticket. they were extremely rude and simply acted as if they were not interested. I don't know how they're still open with this lack of customer service. there are better places with better employees, I hate to write a bad review, but I don't want anyone to have this experience!"

"no idea what's going on with this place. I have ordered here since 2019 and no problems. the last three times I ordered in the last 4-5 months had problems. once they left my food outside, knocked or clapped the doorbell. it was cold outside, eating was just as cold. I have refunded my order, cool, I'll try again. the next time the order lasted 2 hours and 12 minutes from the time I ordered, and it said they would take an hour. no call/update, nothing. I had to call her to ask where it was. frustrating, but whatever. Today it took 1.5x the time I was told, the driver said that they did not give him the drinks I ordered and the food is hardly warm."

"order 1 pizza at 6:55 a.m., was told a 35 min waiting time. it was told around 19:20 clock, a little early, and it was still 10 minutes. no problem. it is currently 8:03 clock and I just got my pizza. I understand that the world is short occupied, and it doesn't matter to wait longer to pick up my order, but don't say 35 minutes, then I have to sit there for an extra 30. the same happened for others there, please repair the system to give accurate waiting times."
