"order 1 pizza at 6:55 a.m., was told a 35 min waiting time. it was told around 19:20 clock, a little early, and it was still 10 minutes. no problem. it is currently 8:03 clock and I just got my pizza. I understand that the world is short occupied, and it doesn't matter to wait longer to pick up my order, but don't say 35 minutes, then I have to sit there for an extra 30. the same happened for others there, please repair the system to give accurate waiting times."

I ordered a pizza online and should be ready in 20 minutes, I come to the place of business and the computer says it should not be done until 9:30, 3 hours later. I do not trust this online ordering system in future.

I'll order you on Wednesday. they canceled my order. Why? I don't know. but they took the money from my account. here we are a week later and no one can tell me something solid. they all have to talk to someone or call me back. jets were before covid ok. now they're filthy. there is something wrong with delivery, delivery times and now they have canceled my order and taken my money. thank you for nothing.
