"The few times I have tried this restaurant the food has been okay but the service is very poor compared to others in the downtown Kalamazoo area. In my most recent experience my wife and I took my elderly father and my daughter with her child. The place was busy but certainly not full. There was a minimum of wait staff working the floor. It took over an hour for our meal to arrive (which is difficult on senior citizens and children) and when it did the food was dried out and looked awful. I called the manager over and complained but she insisted that the food had just come out of the kitchen. It had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for an extended period of time. The manager did not agree with me but how would she know because I noticed that she went out for smoke breaks when she should have been helping out. We refused the food for the poor condition and did not pay. The manager had the audacity to charge us for two beers for the hour we waited for the substandard food. Because of the service I will not go back again. I don't know who owns this place but they better start paying attention. Are you listening brew master Dan?"

"This neighborhood Italian gemstone was an excellent choice and worth visiting. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was well prepared and well presented. When it was, we went to a quiet week night and we had an inner surface on a hot night all to chat us and enjoy our wonderful meal. Excellent for outdoor dining and simple parking. "NO SURPRISES HERE The 810 Deli is a nondescript New York Deli with good food and friends service. This is basically a place for locals. Most tourists would no be attracted to ie because of its mundane appearance. For sure, it's not fancy or impressive. But the salads and sandwiched are good and just what you would expect. The menu is rich, in addition to several possibilities of thin crust pizza with incredible toppings, with culinary turns such as beet brushes with goat cheese and cale- absolutely delicious! Great place to work. Very relaxed atmosphere for waiting staff! Miscommunication about the Happy Hour Price was a simple fix, Shane personally treated it! "I went to Vertige for a tapas night, 6 for $29, was pleased with the variety and was very happy with my choices. The shrimp risotto was a highlight, and then the dessert of profiteroles (included in the 6 tapas! was outstanding! Most definitely recommend."

"there are some vegan options in woodinville, so this is a good option to have. they have several vegan options. they are not marked on the paper menus, but are marked clearly in the online menu, so sure to check. the ambiente is beautiful, the service was good when we went, they have many seats outdoors, and it is dog friendly. we got the avocado salad (which was my favorite thing), classic bruschetta, trufflefrries (no parm), and vegan pizza. the food presentation was beautiful and the food was fresh and of good quality. for us there was something lacking in taste. that's my only complaint. maybe a bit more salt, garlic oil, truffle oil, edgy, etc. would help. but overall it was good and a nice experience so that we would return. updated by previous review on 2021-08-23"

"we had a reservation and arrived on time. we were shown to a small table that relied on a living table of four other diners. we asked to sit at another place, as there was a series of sensible empty tables. after a lot...testing and convincing we were actually allowed to sit somewhere else. the starters arrived immediately and were in order. we had to clear our own starter plates out of the way when the main courses arrived. they were barely warm as they were obviously left standing in the kitchen. my spaghetti for example was quite controversial and solid. we decided to get out of desserts, but my double espresso that was made remained on the counter for an old one. so much, the barmann voluntarily made a new one when the waiting staff always ignored it. all this, and the polite waitress was surprised when I didn't leave a tip. they make one like: eat them elsewhere."

"It's a fraud! Do not book this ‘experience’. I paid for this event for a birthday surprise and came to a closed restaurant. Lights out and not a single car in the parking lot, but ours. Waited an hour to see if someone would show up. No signs at the door that communicate everything. I am very to understand that “things happen” but if you pay the restaurant for a week just after paying almost $100, standing up, and no one ever answers the phone or sends an email explaining what happened... It's unacceptable. 1 month later.. No refund. So completely embarrassing and a ruined birthday night on 12/22/20."
