"Green Bean Cafe has been on my list of places to visit for a long time. Today was the perfect time because it's open early. I met Justin the man in charge. He's a really nice guy and really knows the business. I learned all about the ingredients in the Peanut Butter cookie I purchased and how they prepare their vegan and organic menu daily. The atmosphere is so homelike to me. I'd be here early if I lived nearby. Justin said around 11am they are very busy with hospital employees and the school children when they get their lunch break. I had a great visit and ate my cookie later. It fell apart it was so soft. I'm definitely getting this cookie again. It was full of delicious peanuts and flavor. It was well worth $3. I'm recommending you check out this cute Green Bean Cafe. I'm sold."
