"Green Bean Cafe has been on my list of places to visit for a long time. Today was the perfect time because it's open early. I met Justin the man in charge. He's a really nice guy and really knows the business. I learned all about the ingredients in the Peanut Butter cookie I purchased and how they prepare their vegan and organic menu daily. The atmosphere is so homelike to me. I'd be here early if I lived nearby. Justin said around 11am they are very busy with hospital employees and the school children when they get their lunch break. Ordered Homefries (Organic) (Sides), Tempeh Blt Sandwich (Vegan) (Vegan Sandwiches) and The Cattle Ranch Wrap. I’m impressed and enjoyed the food to the fullest extension. Well, Well seasoned, flavorful and fresh and affordable and very friendly service. Definitely coming back.

Vegan BLT with the salad on the side was a perfect lunch, and for only $10 including tax it's pretty hard to beat in NYC. Also tried the soba noodle dish which was decent, but probably wouldn't get it again. Still, all the sandwiches look phenomenal, and the smoothies do too will order from here again
