"This use to be a great place! Not so much anymore. The floor was dirty when I walked in and more than 11 tables were dirty (I have photos) when I went to find a seat. I went and got my drink and forgot my order number. When I went to the counter, they told me that they would bring me my food but gave me a number anyway. Thirty-five minutes later they brought the man at the next table his food and then they immediately went back to the counter and called out my number. When I inquired as to why they didn't bring my food, with their backs turned, they said they were busy. Meanwhile, they weren't doing anything, but talking to each other. It definitely wasn't busy enough to have more than 11 dirty tables throughout the dining room. I contacted the corporate office. Let's hope they contact me."

"All of our Fazoli's closed several years ago in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. My family and I make a run to the Beloit WI location from time to time but that's almost a 2 hour drive! The staff at this location in Dubuque is always friendly and attentive. Once they hear I'm from the Chicago and we don't have Fazoli's they make sure to go out of their way to make sure I have hot bread sticks on the table and wrap me a bag to go."

"Fazoli's is the best place for fast and delicious Italian food! The food comes out in a timely manner and you get fantastic breadsticks to munch on while you wait. The service at North Rock Road is phenomenal! We have never had a bad experience. Ahmed is AMAZING with all the customers and always makes us feel welcome! The restaurant is always kept very clean as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant, at this location to everyone!"

"Very friendly staff, it was probably the highest point of the visit. The Korean lady was the friendliest waiter/host that I've probably ever had. She was greeting everyone that came in/out instantly putting a smile on their faces. Last time I ordered theSpicy Italian Slider and it was great, could've been spicier. This time I visited I ordered the Pepperoni pizza sticks and itwasn't greasy and tasted great. My only downsides was they removed their Coca Cola freestyle machine (they did still have a goodvariety of diet sodas still) and lids were stocked upside-down. "I recently tried Fazzoli's for the first time in a while and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. They have new mozzarella skewers that were particularly fresh and tasty. If you enjoy mozzarella sticks, I recommend giving them a try. The portion of mozzarella in the middle was just right, and the crispy crust was delicious. The kids enjoyed their spaghetti dishes, one with meat sauce and one baked. They also offer shredded cheese to top off the dish. The lasagna was a standout and all the food was fresh - even the salad, which had no brown bits in sight. The cherry on top was the great service provided by Brandon, who was friendly and attentive."

"Amazing for fast food Italian. Kinda like Olive Garden to go. I liked the breadsticks. I had the spicy baked ziti with sausage. Decent spice, I'm very impressed. My wife had Loaded fettuccine. She said it wasn't Carabas, but it's a damn goodmeal. I prefer my dishes a little saucier, but I liked both. I would have liked more protein than I got. Impressed with theirtimes too."

"I have to start off by saying that Fazoli's may not be a 5-star restaurant, but this particular location definitely deserves 5 stars! The service was excellent, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was the best I've had at any Fazoli's. The $5 lunch deal even included a drink. And those breadsticks...they were something special. Fresh, buttery, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be making this my go-to lunch spot from now on. Thank you for the bag of breadsticks, they were a hit with my coworkers at the office!"
