"This use to be a great place! Not so much anymore. The floor was dirty when I walked in and more than 11 tables were dirty (I have photos) when I went to find a seat. I went and got my drink and forgot my order number. When I went to the counter, they told me that they would bring me my food but gave me a number anyway. Thirty-five minutes later they brought the man at the next table his food and then they immediately went back to the counter and called out my number. We love Fazoli it is a great place to feed our five children. We don't have them home in The Woodlands. So when we travel, the kids are always looking. This was our first visit at this point and they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The breadsticks were many. The bathroom could have been cleaner. But I'm sure they're still short.

Went in to purchase some food for my daughter and no one was helping at the front. Waited a little bit and then someone came up and said everyone needed to get out of the store immediately. Not sure what was going on but thankful they said something. Still, no one coming to help me or even acknowledge me was very upsetting. Maybe a future visit will be better but honestly not wanting to try again based on the lack of acknowledgement.
