"What a charming restaurant!! I ordered the Golden Calf burger as recommended by our waitress and wow!! It was delicious and I would definitely order it again. All the ingredients are sourced in Texas and you can tell how fresh everything is. The Golden Calf burger is a beef patty with caramelized balsamic onions, whipped herb goat cheese, lemon garlic aioli, and arugula on a brioche bun. I was hesitant with the goat cheese and lemon garlic aioli combo, but it all worked well together. Well balanced and super juicy.
