"After visiting the San Fernando cathedral, we walked to this restaurant. Despite encountering a few homeless individuals (who were smelly but not threatening) and navigating through some construction, the walk was pleasant. The restaurant can be best described as a typical diner with a Mexican twist. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious."
