Despite encountering a few homeless individuals (who were smelly but not threatening) and navigating through some construction, the walk was pleasant. The restaurant can be best described as a typical diner with a Mexican twist. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious."

I absolutely adore this restaurant. It opens early, which is ideal for a hungry, jet-lagged European like me who has a soft spot for Tex-Mex cuisine. The authenticity of the food is evident when you see the satisfied patrons. The staff is incredibly friendly and consistent throughout the years. I highly recommend trying their Huevos Rancheros dish.
