"My rating is based only on take-out, but as I return for lunch breaks in the middle of the week, Thai Kitchen is a quite solid place. My Go-to is the Tofu Pad Lake Ew Weekday lunch special, which comes with meat-free soup and an egg roll (vegetarian-friendly). There are also some Bento Box combos for a few dollars extra. Note that there is a convenience fee for online ordering, how many places have, and I recommend the order before you starve, as lunch orders seem to take up of 30 minutes for some reason. Overall, simple place to win take-out in the area for a reasonable price."

"Yum! All in all pretty tasty food.I did not enjoy the summer roll however. It was served with fried tofu chunks on top of the roll NOT an ingredient within the summer roll! Ok not the end of the world. But when I pick up a piece of roll it falls apart because its actually one roll cut into 4 pieces... so 2 middle pieces have no bottom...just open-ended tubes of mostly lettuce with basil. It was disappointing because it felt like I was served a kitchen mistake salad instead of a summer roll .Flavor was good, but Finesse, Details Consistency matters too."

"This place should be shut down. Dirty facilities, overpriced, consistently BAD QUALITY. FOOD (NOT AUTHENTIC I ordered the sizzling beef which was not fresh (you could tell the meat was previously frozen), terrible flavor. Most horrible of all is the manager Mary, who is a very nasty person does not understand customer service or hospitality, and runs the restaurant like an dictator automat. Extremely rude, bad service. So many other places on the Upper West Side better than this filthy restaurant. Save your money, do not patronize this dump."

"Bagasse Thai is easily overlooked in the shopping center outside the city do not make this mistake. I've eaten here for about a decade and the food is just as delicious as ever. Extra shoutouts to Massaman Curry and the Chiang Mai Curry noodles two fantastic dishes. Do yourself a favor and eat here. The take-out is still phenomenal, but it is even better in the restaurant."

"The service overall was good, however the server on the phone didn’t know what kind of food we were ordering, even though it says it on the menu in google maps. Either someone didn’t update the menu or the server didn’t know the menu very well. Their thai iced tea is good, i ordered the pad se ew and it was more mediocre. They also didn’t put in utensils or napkins into our bags. Overall the experience was okay, just remember to check ur bags before leaving."

"Wow, this place is incredible. Every dish had so much care put into it. It was incredibly tasty! While it has the usual hits you'd find in most American Thai restaurants, there's also a lot of authentic dishes I'd recommend branching out to try! I really loved the Khao Soi with pork belly. Not to mention the ambiance was lovely. Will definitely be back."

"Hands down my #1 most favorite restaurant! This place turned me on to sushi and I loves the service! The Robert #1, Monica roll, and the Notre Dame roll were some of my faves. "Ordered the sausage and red curry chicken. Wife had salmon. She said it was very good. All portions were generous and the food was delicious. The red curry had the right amount of heat. I made the mistake of ordering green curry last time and while it was good, it was too hot for me. The service is always great. Side note: comfortable via the 7 train or Q60 bus. Parking is a breeze among the raised 7 tracks."

"I had stopped ordering from here about 3 years ago since the food was no longer good...I had been a loyal customer since 2016. I have been ordering from all the recommended other sources and they all seem to have gone down lately. I thought I would give Tum Yum another try since their reviews seem to have gone up and since the others were disappointing lately and WOW! They're back! Food was reasonably priced, portions were generous and the quality was exceptional! I'm back to being a loyal customer again!...so happy!OK...I ordered twice since the 5 star review above. They have no menu to offer and ask you to look online...the prices online are from delivery services and they are elevated prices that the delivery services are charging to cover their expenses...even if you pick up the food...so it is way overpriced! The services add about 20%, or at least 15% to menu prices to cover their expenses...so Tom Yum charges the same for some reason. The quality of the dishes the next two times I ordered was not good. They forgot the sauce for the mediocre pot stickers, the Tom Kha soup was like water with very little flavor, The Lard Nar was inedible...not like anything I have had before and the Shu Mai was full of baby shrimp (not minced) and very fishy tasting...we tossed them. The Pad Thai had no flavor, it was like soggy bean sprouts and bland noodles... So long Tom Yum Cafe. There are better places for less money and higher quality. I get upset when I feel ripped off!"

"Thai Avenue is by far the freshest and most creative Thai restaurant around. They have a phenomenal menu. I recommend the Fresh Summer Roll crunchy, clean flavor, the Tom Yum Soup with just enough heat the Duck Ta Lay an intriguing mix of crispy duck, scallops, shrimp, mussels mushrooms. The Pad Thai is also very flavorful the soft shell crab salad is most delectable! The seating is cozy trendy, a great date night spot. The owner is very personable and accommodating. Wish I lived closer, cannot wait to come back soon!!!"

"The food was good. This restaurant has been in the neighborhood for many years, but I never went until my lady suggested it. The atmosphere was also nice. Not realizing it was BYOB, the couple next to us insisted we have some of their beers. Unfortunately, we didn't click with our server. She was not responsive when we asked for food recommendations. Never once checked back to see how we were doing, although she checked on her other tables multiple times. The other server (not ours) was super nice and friendly with her customers. Ours was not with us. She gave my date the check folder, which I quickly took and put my credit card in. She returned with it and again gave it to my date, who was pretty upset by then and didn't want me to leave a tip. We ended up leaving one anyway. I liked the food and would return, but only with a different server."

"I recently visited Thai Me, a Thai restaurant that my brother loves, and it was fantastic! The restaurant has a beautiful blend of traditional Thai decor and modern, chic wooden details that make it a nice spot to dine. It was my second time visiting, and the food was just as great as I remembered it to be, so we decided to stop by again while we were in the area.For lunch, we ordered several appetizers, including the Crispy Duck Rolls, Curry Puffs, Thai Style Wings, and Beer Braised Crispy Ribs. To drink, my brother had the Thai Ice Tea, which he loves, while I opted for a ginger ale. I have to say, every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious! In fact, I was so impressed that I almost ordered everything again to go.I 'm definitely planning on returning to Thai Me soon, and I 'll be sure to bring some friends with me to share the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great Thai food served in a beautiful, comfortable atmosphere."

"I went here to get in. I will begin to say the obvious when you have ever been in you: it is not a place to immerse. there were 3 tables and the restaurant was ice cold with the air that blows directly to the customers. we have eaten almost anywhere else because this restaurant had lower reviews than others in the opposite. but sure we were in the mood for thai, and the prices were not a break like some of the other restaurants nearby. after we have changed our table to get away from the air vent, my family became one of the best treated Thai food experiences we ever had. sincerely eating was so remarkable that I really felt they were underladen. also the sections were excellent. we had fried chickens, som tum papaya salat (a long time family char), huh fried rice, bark pillow see ew, and shun and garnel dumplings. I have spent a lifetime of eating pad watching ew at different places and I have never eaten better than at this place, and it was a generous part and $13. amazing. the quality of the meat was slim and well seasoned. the somtum was no less impressive. I've never had better, even though I was the same and this part was bigger. a sequence of somtum is enough to feed 2 or 3 as a pre-meal assistant. the chicken fried rice was very good, although easy on the huh, as to expect. the skantons and knödel impressed us. if I checked this place as a restaurant, I would not recommend it because overall that is not what it is. it is a place of delivery and delivery. but if they want some of the best Thai food on this side of atlantic I would say no matter what negative review I saw before I entered and give him a shot. I'm back, unfortunately I don't live in the opposite, so it's an experience for us."

"This place is very fond to me, it introduced me to Thai cuisine about 4 years ago, and I?ve been hooked ever since! "My first order. I was skeptical about what the portion size of Drunken Noodle Lunch Special and Spicy Basil Fried Rice Lunch Special would be like. But wow! They jam-packed the food containers. As an Asian, I would say that the items, though labeled spicy, are not actually spicy at all. Flavorful in other ways, but zero heat. Actually, more on the sweet side if anything. I wish there was either an option to select spice level, or leave notes to request spicy. So I would only place orders in the future when I have chili peppers on hand."
