"The restaurant was not crowded when I went at 4:00 p.m., and I had a pleasant conversation with the owner who is clearly very proud of his restaurant and his food offerings. I really enjoyed everything that I had, the reasons I give four stars was that I was dining alone and told the waitress that I was ordering a bowl of soup first, and also a noodle entree, so I was surprised that both came out at the same time. Both were delicious, but one really can't eat both at the same time so the noodle dish had to sit on the table cooling off while I was enjoying the soup. Also, the wonton, noodle and roast pork soup tasted great, but it was disappointing that there were only three wontons in it unlike other restaurants where there are usually between six and eight wontons in a large bowl. Lastly, I ordered the spicy level at 4 out of 5 but it was only a 2 spicy level at best. I will definitely come back because there's a lot of great menu choices I want to try, I'll just need to be more exacting in my wording, and to also ask for a spice condiment tray so I can make the food spicier to my tastes."
