"we have been working since the order for delivery, and I can only really recommend the gf when they eat in the business. they were still incredibly cautious about cross-contamination, but the crust (which was room temp up to the time it was delivered) was dry and essentially broken away when I punctured in them. it was like eating a Matza pizza. I would still go here to take or eat, but be careful that the GF crust is just good after it comes out of that. I have a heavy allergy to wine and am always nervous to eat in pizza restaurants because of the danger of cross-contamination. I ordered the gluten-free pizza and before I could even say something else, the owner assured me that they are very careful and that they give me my own separate disposable cutter so that there is no risk of cross-contamination. he was so friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that he doesn't feel like an annoying for the demand of allergy changes. the pizza was also quite good! the gluten-free crust is thin, but not crispy. it has a decent amount of flexibility, and the pizza is not tiny. the sauce was amazing, definitiw homemade. we're coming back!"
