"Bristol's Oyster Bar is not your usual bar. You'll notice as soon as you go in. From the host (which is sometimes the owner Peter) to waiting staff, shovels, cooks and bartenders. You are an amazing group of people, no matter where you sit, but for me the best place is the bar. They have never lacked entertainment and a front seat view of the delicious selection of fresh oysters, small bottlenecks and lobsters. What is not present at the raw bar is prepared in the open kitchen. Although the whole staff is great, I have some favorites, including Mike, Scott and Ben. He took our drink order and never again it was necessary to order. Once he came in, the drink was at the bar.
