while the people were nice to note that they can make a reservation on open table, but when they come to the restaurant, they tell them that they do not take reservations and there is a 45-minute waiting period. what? that is ridiculous. either take the reservation or drag the restaurant from open table.

I could make a reservation for 10 o'clock brunch. online there is a brunch menu and everything. when they appear the restaurant is connected to the hotel and they are not open until 11 o'clock. I asked why I could make a reservation and apparently do not make reservations and do not brunch. their informations here are totally wrong.
