"So I showed up after a home hero game. It was already busy. There was also a large amount there for another function. All in all probably 100-125 people around the bar at once and 1 solo bartender....Gabby. Somehow she managed to keep everyone, I included, from 930 Close. In all my years traveling and watching some of the good bartender errors under pressure.... they actually excelled. I've still blown away what I've seen. "So my family and I arrived in Williamsburg very early before the park opened, so we decided to grab a bite to eat. We weren't really in the mood for the usual fast food, so we found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. First thing's first. The decor screamed authentic Italian. It was very warm and welcoming and when you first walked in there were wine bottles displayed on shelves for sale. Once we were seated by the very friendly hostess, the equally friendly waitress immediately began to attend to our needs and was very helpful with recommendations on the menu. After receiving our drinks and ordering our food, she brought out two baskets of the most delicious Garlic Parmesan Rolls I have ever eaten from a restaurant in my life! I had to force myself to stop eating them so I'd have room left for my meal! Once my meatball marinara sub arrived I was surprised by the size of it! After eating those rolls I could only eat half of the sub! But the half I did eat was perfect! After finishing the meal and asking for to-go boxes, our waitress not only provided them, she boxed up the leftovers herself! I can't wait to come back to Williamsburg just to eat here again!"

"Had a fantastic night at this restaurant. I have to appologize to the staff for staying overtime while they were ready to leave. I gave them a lil extra but that doesn't excuse my behavior so I would like to apologize to them first. We had some appetizers first while waiting for the others. The restaurant wasn't very busy so they sat us to a table real fast. I don't know why there's not more people there. So we ordered a fried zuchinni and a margarita pizza. The zuchinni is the best I ever had. I love zuchinni fries so i order them every chance i get. The seasoning could be better but really no complaints. The zuchinni was very fresh and juicy and the crust was super crunchy. Hats off to the chef. The pizza is really good. Nothing spectacular but it's good for a magarita. We then got the mussels with a few different flavors, the paella, clams on the half shell, baked clams and even tho we were full we ordered desserts too.. everything was so good. the octopus not that much. the clams in the half shell is like the rest. But overall it was a fantastic experience and the food is definitely unique and delicious. Will definitely come back for more."

You can't sit close enough to the table so you are forced to teeter on the edge of the chair or lean way forward to eat. Seems whomever designed the decor never sat down to actually eat"

"Love the Pizza California Style!! You have a good stuff!! The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Seagrove Park, for stunning views of the beach and of course the San Diego Sunsets. The staff was very friendly and open to give recommendations. The pizza was delicious, so delicious! I seriously think this is the best pizza in Del Mar area!!"

"We had never eaten here before so thought we would try it out. We were seated quickly. Table set up is very open, close neighbors. The menu seemed very limited for breakfast options. Dined around 10 am. Coffee was very good. Overall food was okay. Prices seemed a little on the higher side for what was served. Frites were probably the best thing we ate. Drinks which were just coffee and unsweetened tea were very expensive at a price of $4 each. Service was decent."

"We scheduled a reservation for 9:30 on Sunday. We did this so we have a table. Lately if we try to go on Sunday we can't get a table without a reservation. This time even though we had a reservation they did not have a table for us and wanted us to share a table with another party. What is the point of scheduling a reservation? Then we noticed that the table next to us had their dogs at the table. This is the second time this week we were at this location and people had their dogs in the restaurant. This was not a service dog, no identification, just a pet. When we asked the server when they started letting dogs in the reservation she said an untrained staff who was handling the front desk let them in without asking. It doesn't matter if we like the food it's getting too frustrating to try and eat here anymore."

"I had an experience with fraudulent activity on my credit card. I got the phone number from the order from the pizzeria. I Called the customer and when I called her out for using my card she apologized for stealing my cc info, called the pizzeria to pick up the tab but the person at middle island pizza said they could not refund me and charge the appropriate party. I am getting the police involved. Way to go with customer service middle island pizza. "My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary along with one of our sons and had been to Pizza Castle a few times. Always enjoyed our meal. This time was no different, food was great! However, it was odd we waited in the 'wait to be seated ' area for 5 minutes before anyone realized we were there. Glad we were patient, stayed and had a great meal. The fried calamari appetizer hit the spot. It came with fried jalapeños fresh feta! Yum! I kept it simple and had a sausage meatball grinder and husband had the turkey club with fries... all was well. Our son, went all out having clam chowder and penne alla vodka with chicken! Looked, smelled and, according to him, was very good! Looking forward to next time."
