"We are huge fans of Turkish cuisine and have been visiting Kazan for decades. We've always enjoyed our meals there and last week was no exception. Typically, we come on a Friday or Saturday so we can enjoy the doner kebab. It was excellent, as it almost always is.The one area for improvement? Our sigara borek was not freshly prepared. At all of the Turkish restaurants in the area, the sigara borek typically come fresh, hot, and crispy right out of the fryer. But last week at Kazan, ours came just warm, old, and soggy. And the cheese borek lacked that bite and sharpness that I've come to expect from beyaz penir in authentic Turkish borek. There was clearly something that wasn't done right. Perhaps they were just cooked earlier and quickly warmed up before serving? We'll continue to come to Kazan, to be sure. Just perhaps without ordering one of our favorite dishes the sigara borek. It's a great place to be on a weekend night."

"This place is really a hidden jewel! On all our excursions to Key Largo we are looking for a restaurant on the water for obvious reasons. This time we tried this great place right on the highway, just not the water. Cody, our waiter was the best! Nice, informative and always fill our drinks! Tuna Nachos are delicious and the onion Laaf was an interesting Spin Onion rings also tasted. Lobster shrimp po boy was huge and filled. Search for a great place This is it! It'll be back on my Must-Fo when I return!"

"Amazing! Service was perfect and food was delicious! We turned up without a reservation, yet were still greeted and seated almost immediately, and server came over right away to introduce himself. There was already fresh bread on the table, and the owner Joe came out to introduce himself and give us appetizers. The food portion size was very generous, and it was delicious. We were impressed from the moment we stepped in to the restaurant, and they upheld that high standard throughout our whole visit. Definitely recommend going there!!"

"cooler place, but a bit loud sound system. none of the steaks are cooked at medium height! I asked about medium and it was rarely cooked. I just liked it done a little more than that. I sent it back to get more cooked, it hardly came back medium."

"Good dinner, but our evening was tenderly destroyed by the bar that sat us. Although we had reservations and the whole restaurant was empty, he sat at the worst place near the entrance. When we asked to sit near the window, he brutally replied that they were spoken and the menu was thrown on the table and expired. It would be wise to treat people with respect. He was rude because I was a woman of color? The service was good and cheerful. The bus boy was hospitable. Soup and salad excellent like the salmon and chicken cord Blu. Parking: On site"

"My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch while visiting Maine. This was one of the best dining experiences that I’ve had. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the water that you can see from every table. My boyfriend got the mushroom toast and I got the lobster roll. They were both phenomenal. If you’re looking for a great Maine lobster roll, this one was amazing! They have a great atmosphere, wonderful service, and the best food!"

"Decadent. Scrumptious. For appetizer we had the Calamari Steak Strips. They were super tender and flavorful. Accompanied perfectly with the lemon wedge and tasty sauce. The deer ribs were so incredibly juicy and not over seasoned. They had a buttery, savory, mineral and protein rich flavor. Nothing here was overly salty. The scallops and shrimp in magical white sauce, Coquille Saint Jacques, is creamy goodness that's leaves you smiling. Dessert was beyond any gimmicky overly sweet pastries you'd find at a typical casual diner or bar and grill. I mean they are served fresh out of the oven! So slow down and enjoy it so you don't burn your tongue, well worth the slow savory pace. I'd come down just for these! The Chocolate Fondant and Grand Marnier Souffle! The food is so good you'll want to hug the chefs when you're done."

"Food was great . I saw some debry in my Burbon and I had to ask them to change my drink looks like mosquito . We had very hard time to find a parking spot around this restaurant . We spent almost 40 minutes to find a parking about three blocks away from this restaurant . I recommend this restaurant if you do not need to drive in the city otherwise find a restaurant with value . Again My steak was great ."

"More highly rated than it should be. In the centre of the restaurant were dining room coats, we felt tightly packed while two other areas were not used. Other Diner's conversations were exaggerated. The lighting was kept darker than I wished. There was a broken handrail that was pulled apart when I went up the several steps to the dining area they used. The greeting seemed the invisibly unfunctional rail as it was fixed tomorrow. I felt it should have some time of signing to alert the cartridges. The meal was usually pleasant. It was too expensive. Plating and presentation was moderate."

"The food was Absolutely Amazing! And the service was equally as wonderful. I don 't think I 've been to a restaurant where they 've paid as much attention or cared as much. I recall we were stuffed to the brim and ready to get boxes, when I realized (quite loudly by accident-I have a loud voice and it echoed? that I didn 't get the clam chowder that I had ordered ? two separate employees almost immediately popped up from different corners like Did we hear you 're missing chowder? And I turned around like Wow you guys have GREAT hearing ?? They 're all super friendly and kind, and we really enjoyed our server and everyone else who came by and had contact with. I will say- for our price range it was a bit expensive; but we had been driving through towns for almost an hour and a half trying to find a restaurant on our way through into coos bay and this was the first place we finally found that was open. Everywhere else we used our GPS to get to, was closed even though it said they were open and their voice-mail said it was open. It was great to find a restaurant we could sit down and break our travels at; but it was a lot of money for 2 adults and a child. (The fuzzy picture I didn 't get a clear shot of- but it 's the Escargot thay my 4 year old daughter even tried and absolutely loved!! She also enjoyed the fried crab legs, baked oysters, and the fried mushrooms? Also pictured is the Cajun salmon, the fish and chips, two oyster shooters, and the child 's fettuccine Alfredo It was great to watch her try all the new amazing foods! I wish we could have left more as a tip for the amazing server;but we were already spending so much money that I couldn 't afford to give any more."

"This place is lovely and intimate. It has the feel that a restaurant in this sleepy little town should have. The tables are very close together which for me is awesome because I get to look at what everyone else is ordering, but don't go there for a quiet romantic for two dinner or if you need privacy. The evening our party of four was there we had the butternut squash soup, the lobster wedge salad, the fresh greens salad, the lobster roll, the halibut in curry and the ribeye with spinach and mushroom sides. All was amazing and raved over except the ribeye and sides. It was cooked perfectly but incredibly salty. We are all real salt lovers and had been told by friends that they had had a salty experience with the steak and we kind of poopooed that because they eat almost no salt, but the couple that had it on this trip were sucking down water by the end of it. So, we highly recommend everything else except the ribeye unless you ask the kitchen to hold most of the salt which chef run restaurants tend to turn a stink eye at, so maybe just order something else. The only other complaint came from the wine drinkers as the managermaitre d' came to repour wine and poured both glasses but because there was maybe two ounces left in the bottle just proceeded to top of one of the drinkers and leave with the bottle. Being a restaurant worker myself, I am sure he did it to clear the table, but it goes against wine etiquette to top off like that when not asked to. Anyway, overall an excellent experience with a couple of minor tweaks needed. Would have no qualms about returning"

"Food is great. The ice cream is awesome. Place is cute, but was unavailable for seating indoors due to COVID. At my visit, I placed an order at the front door and there were a couple seats outside to wait at while my sandwich was being made. Then I took my food to go. I love their lemonade they have great drinks. Whenever I go to the Stroudsburg area, I always stop here for food and a tasty treat."
