"Horrible customer service! I ordered an ice cream cake online, and it was canceled just one hour before delivery, with the excuse that the store was closed—despite it being 3 PM during their hours of operation. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the cake. When I tried to get a refund over the phone, I was informed that the manager was not available, and only he could access previous orders. The person I spoke with took my information to pass on to him. After waiting a day with no follow-up call, I tried reaching out again. I called four times throughout the day, and no one answered! This isn’t the first time I've encountered issues with this place; my friend had a similar problem when ordering cake delivery from the same location. I strongly advise against placing online orders here!"
