I felt pressured to tip when I noticed the credit card machine at the counter prompting me to do so, and the employee mentioned it as well. This kind of forced tipping has become excessive. Instead, why not just pay your staff a higher wage? If customers want to tip, they can do so using the tip jar.

This is the worst cold stone I?ve been to. The customer service is horrible and when we were over charged for items we did not order, I asked for it to be corrected and the girl at the register actually looked at another worker and said in front of us.?I?m just going to quit right now, I don?t even want to deal with this? Unbelievable!!! I?ll never go in there again. Train youremployees properly, this is not rocket science, it?s ice cream.
