"Terrible service. Lady at the front is always so rude and hostile. Never again. Rather drive to the next nearest location than ever deal with this horrid type of service again. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Says they are unable to make a Jasmine Milk tea snow bubble when both Tapioca Express’s on Blossom Hill Rd as well as McKee Rd make this drink for me with 0 problems.. Lady at this location says they cannot make it due to “different recipes”.. what a joke. And unnecessarily rude about it as well. Seriously protect your energy and STAY AWAY.. (bad juju, feng shui, etc)"

"We go there all the time. Both the tea and the food taste just like in Taiwan night market (that's a good thing). Service is a little slow, probably due to the skeleton crew that runs the place in these hard Corona days."
