"Terrible service. Lady at the front is always so rude and hostile. Never again. Rather drive to the next nearest location than ever deal with this horrid type of service again. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Says they are unable to make a Jasmine Milk tea snow bubble when both Tapioca Express’s on Blossom Hill Rd as well as McKee Rd make this drink for me with 0 problems.. Lady at this location says they cannot make it due to “different recipes”.. what a joke. And unnecessarily rude about it as well. Seriously protect your energy and STAY AWAY.. (bad juju, feng shui, etc)"

Boba was straight up sugar syrup. Need special effort to make it that bad. GF had a milk black tea and said it was the worst one she ever had. The lady at the counter was super rude to me and my girlfriend. Thought it was us but she was rude to the lady next to us as well.

Ordered 2 bento and a drink. The food were soaked in liquid. Crispy chicken turned out to be soggy chicken. One of the bento I order 1 star spicy which should be fair light but it turned out to be killing you type of spicy. Now i spent 40 bucks with 2 box of soggy chicken bits (each box has about 6 or 7 pieces) with one of them tastes like burning fire. I know this covid thing is really taking a toll on the local business but with the down graded quality, im pretty sure you gon end it much quicker. Tipioca, you can do better
