"Estate Garden and Grill Restaurant LIC Saturday evening, 23. September 2017, we met our sister and brother-in-law at 19:15, after our reservation of 9/16/17 and confirmation of 9/22/17. We should treat her for her birthday. We were told that there was a wedding somewhere in the building and that no food could be served until 20:30. There's only sushi. We explained that we had reservations were never contacted about the reservations that were not honoured and the absence of dinner food. We said we had traveled an hour by train, walked half a mile and were seniors. No one really took care, especially the manager behind the bar. The staff was not helpful to find another restaurant, also the other restaurant in the building/hotel. We searched online, took a taxi to Vernon Blvd. and found a place to eat. We'll never go back to this palate talk for a restaurant. DBS and RIG"
