"we had 5 children with us, they were all very excited to go over. at the beginning everything went well with our server. then only 3 of us got guarded and the other 4 children were really excited about keeping them. we had no funeral when our food came. we had to wait long for extra sauce because there was not enough on the sandwich that was cold until then. our drinks remained empty (which I know is not part of the act then, since we were willing to leave the children finally a hat, and it was not as personalized for them only 1 word, so it would be fast. we were there for 2.5 hours and most of them waited for food/drinks/accessories. they were not ashamed, so there should not be something like that. when I saw other tables while we waited, they had not this kind of problems. I would definitely go back, but I will just make sure another server."
