"I went there a few years ago and loved this. It’s great if you don’t mind some sarcasm and have a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, this time we had a new waitress and she said that four people had called in. Our service was extremely slow, we had an extremely rowdy group of people right next to us and they seemed to be getting all the attention. They sat us with strangers who were disgruntled already when we got there which didn’t help. We were finished eating when they finally brought our hats, which we had to ask for. We loved the atmosphere however it was our sons birthday and they never recognized him, our food did not come as ordered and we never received our hats. For the price I expected better service.

While I understand the theme is to be rude and fun with customers I believe there needs to be a line to be drawn. We were seated with another family which is perfectly fine. I heard the girl with us order the same thing I did. She ordered the Nashville hot chicken but extra hot and wanted to change her side of slaw to an alternative. Well when it came out I tried to bring this to the waiters attention who immediately was rude and handed me the chicken with no slaw and it was way to hot for my palette. While eating we over heard the girl complain about her chicken not being hot.
