"I went there a few years ago and loved this. It’s great if you don’t mind some sarcasm and have a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, this time we had a new waitress and she said that four people had called in. Our service was extremely slow, we had an extremely rowdy group of people right next to us and they seemed to be getting all the attention. They sat us with strangers who were disgruntled already when we got there which didn’t help. We were finished eating when they finally brought our hats, which we had to ask for. Then we waited for a half hour for our check. Never got my water and was never asked if I wanted another drink. Food was much better than expected though. I was just so excited to share the experience with the family and my daughter and I had talked it up and it was very disappointing to say the least. I would go to another Dick’s but this experience left a lot to be desired."
